Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort hosted their first ever “Never too Old” Fun Day on Saturday 30th July 10 to encourage the young at heart guests in the resort to act like kids for a day. The Fun Day proved to be a fantastic success amongst the long term guests staying at the resort, with 38 attendees.

The event began with a scrumptious BBQ lunch, followed by a number of fun-filled games that kept everyone smiling, including:

• The Golf challenge - Hitting a ping-pong ball with a small putter into a hula-hoop. 

• Egg throwing competition - Partners stand opposite each other and throw an egg back and forth, stepping back with each successful catch until the last un-broken egg is left standing.

• Go Karts - Guests enjoyed the thrill of catching the breeze through their hair as they rode around the park, others were chauffeured around the park by park staff.

As a bonus, $135 was raised on the day (from the profits of the BBQ lunch), which will be donated to The Variety Club.
