No doubt about it, we are all very excited to be counting down the days till our Annual Yamba Trip.
4 years running, we have met up with great friends all travelling from different locations from Port Macquarie to Brisbane.

Every we ye have the permanent 3 Familys comprising 6 adults and 5 kids, with the odd ring in family coming along for the fun and relaxation. I am stocked to report we have 20 holiday makes in total this year. Oh what fun we are all gonna have.

We generally start the Friday night with drinks around the BBQ and catch up chats while the kids run a muck, followed by exploring during the days. Saturday night is spend at the Pub with a great feast and drinks and Sunday night is always we have a cook of between the families. This year we are all excited about the Curry Cook Off.

OK, enough from me..... See ya's on the flip side.... OR AT YAMBA!

What a great place the Blue Dolphin is, highly recommended to all family's and groups.
We had a camping holiday at the blue dolphin resort from the 21/04/2010 to 26/04/2010 there were 14 adults and 16 kids (yes 16 kids) and we cant speak highly enough of the facilities and the staff were fantastic.
We were welcomed with a smile and having such a big group this was not a problem, the kids loved the pool with the slides, kids cave, games room and especially the park and beach.
And the adults just enjoyed being at a beautiful location. Thankyou for looking after us so well we cant wait to come back next year. Regards Simon Jones

We came to The Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort for our honeymoon/family holiday from the 26/09/09-1/10/09....

Our 4yr old and 2yr old had never seen the beach up until now and were amazed by it.

This resort is awesome. Plenty to do for everyone of all ages. The cabins are perfect and have everything you need to be comfortable..

We stayed for 6 nights and didnt have a single complaint about it, There was loads of room for the kids to run around in the cabin, which was good.

We will definitely be coming back, we are currently organising a BIG family holiday and Blue Dolphin will be the first place we ring for accomodation...

Thankyou all so much for this amazing place 10/10

We have just returned from our second stay at The Blue Dolphin, and have already booked our next trip. We love the friendliness and eagerness to help of ALL the staff, the cleanliness of the park, the activities for the kids and the general feeling of being part of one big happy family during our stay. Thank you especially to Rea for looking after us so well. Can't wait to come back at Christmas!!

  • A truly Delightful Place

Ho hum,off on holiday again.Just cant wait to get home again! Those are my feelings, normally,on the way to our holiday destination. But from the first contact with staff when booking we realised that this experience was definitely going to be different.Every staff member of the Blue Dolphin Resort treated us with not just the utmost professionalism but the sort of friendly personal touch usually only found in very small family run accommodation. The cleaners, rubbish collectors and all the other staff we met were full of genuine smiles and cheerful greetings. This was very contagious and strangers smiled and spoke to each other. The camaraderie experienced was unique. Our 10 year old grandson ,who is autistic, is often ill at ease in the company of strangers and finds large numbers of people very difficult to cope with but the friendship and caring shown toward him by everyone he encountered will be with him for many years. Our hearts were gladdened to see our normally morose, silent little boy full of talk and to all those people who stopped to say "how you doing"to the young lad who fished from 6 am to 11 pm each day over the long weekend between the 30 April and the 3rd of May 2009 I say,"thankyou, you will always be part of our boy's wonderful memories.God bless you all.
